About Us

At JR’s Lock N Key LLC, we believe that exceptional customer service is the key to everything we do. Since opening our shop in 2016, we’ve proudly served the communities of Plover, Weyauwega, Wautoma, Stevens Point, and surrounding areas with fast, precise, and high-quality locksmith services.

The business was founded by Bonnie, who began learning the locksmith trade from her father in 1996 while working in the family’s hardware store. After meeting Todd in 2010, the two continued the legacy of JR’s Lock and Key, opening their own shop and expanding into mobile locksmith services to better serve their community.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and automotive locksmithing, offering a wide range of services including lockouts, rekeying, key making, deadbolt installation, Wi-Fi programmable locks, and safe openings. With top-of-the-line equipment and a full product line featuring locks, cameras, keys, and safes, we’re proud to be your one-stop shop for all things security.

Do you offer mobile and emergency services?

Yes. We offer mobile locksmith service for fast, on-site help across Plover, Weyauwega, Wautoma, Stevens Point, and surrounding areas. We’re available after hours, weekends, and for emergency situations (including weekend emergency appointments), so you’re never stranded when it matters most.

Can you help with vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, and campers?

Absolutely. Our automotive locksmith team handles car lockouts, key replacement, rekeying, and lock picking—plus motorcycle keys, ATV keys, camper/RV keys, and automotive remotes and smart keys. If you’ve lost your keys or they’re not working, we’ll get you back on the road quickly and safely.

Can you upgrade my home or business security?

Yes—we’re your one-stop shop for security upgrades. We install and service residential and commercial locks, deadbolts, programmable and Wi‑Fi smart locks, high-security keys, electronic access solutions, and security systems/cameras.
