We called them at 4:45 pm and were told about 1/2 hour or so..... she arrived in 32 minutes and we were so thankful! It was dark and cold and our border collie was stuck inside wondering why the hell we weren't coming in or letting him out, ha, ha. These people are extremely nice and definitely customer oriented. Already added to my contact list! PS...she had the door open in about a minute. Do not hesitate to use this small community business!

They deserve way more than 5 stars! We had a really long day with several hours of driving back and forth to the doctor, When we finally got home, exhausted, we realized that we didn't have the keys. We called them panicking around 3:00 pm. Bonnie got there before 4pm and got us back in the house by 4:30pm. THANK YOU SO MUCH! If you need a locksmith, definitely give them a call. Fast, Professional, Courteous, and Effective service with a smile. You can't go wrong.

Bill was a great help and resource. We thought we were going to have to replace the locks on all 8 service doors of our ambulance, but he used his knowledge and know how to get us a key. Cost us less than $20 all in when we thought it would cost a couple hundred.
