"My 10 year old AmSec safe has been having difficulties opening lately so I did some research and found J.R.’s Lock n Key on line. They had great reviews but were a few towns away. I reached out and talked to Todd who set up an appointment on my day off and he and his wife Bonnie showed up promptly, assessed the issue, were able to fix the problem and even gave my safe a little tune up. The had a new electronic lock installed in no time. No drilling! Thank god. They were both very friendly and informative. I felt extremely comfortable with them working on my safe and would definitely recommend them to anyone having safe or any other type of lock issues. Great customer service.
